Although unconventional in most corporate functions, I advocate a team environment when working together. I don't believe in a siloed approach when conducting services, because a business' digital marketing ecosystem doesn't thrive that way. Therefore the team based approach is a necessary priority when collaborating on strategy.
I foster the culture of an ideal teammate that can trust each member has the best interest of the team (business) at heart and are able to share challenges and limitations openly. This enables every team member to have a say and encourage trust and accountability rather than fear of conflict when discussing milestones, goals and progress, because at the end of the day the team is expected to drive results.
